Pricing questions.
What if I need more help than we planned?
For a project, I tell you when the work reaches 80% of the estimate, and we agree on anything more before I do it. For part-time HR, there are no set hours to use up. I bill monthly for the hours used. You’re never locked in.
How do invoices work?
Projects and part-time HR are invoiced monthly for the hours worked, with a line for each piece of work.
